BopDocs is a document collection platform that allows professionals to create branded checklists, send them to clients via email, collect uploaded documents through a secure portal, and track progress with automated reminders.
You agree not to:
Ownership
You retain all ownership rights to content you upload, create, or collect through BopDocs — templates, requests, submissions, and organization data. We do not claim ownership of your content.
License to us
You grant us a limited license to store, process, and transmit your content solely to provide the service — sending emails, storing files, and displaying data within the platform.
Client data
You are the data controller for client submissions. BopDocs acts as a data processor on your behalf. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to collect the information requested.
Free trial
14-day trial with full access. No credit card required.
Paid plans
After trial, subscribe monthly or annually via Stripe.
Cancellation
Cancel anytime. Access continues until end of billing period. No partial refunds.
Price changes
30 days notice. Existing subscribers grandfathered until next renewal.
We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice. We are not liable for downtime caused by factors outside our control.
The BopDocs platform, including its design, code, and documentation, is owned by BopDocs and protected by intellectual property laws. Your subscription grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the platform.
You may customize the client portal with your logo, colors, and name. You represent that you have the right to use any branding assets you upload. A "Powered by BopDocs" footer may appear depending on your plan tier.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BopDocs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify BopDocs from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service, violation of these Terms, or violation of third-party rights.
You may terminate your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Upon termination, data is deleted within 30 days per our Privacy Policy.
Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration per the American Arbitration Association rules. You agree to resolve disputes individually and waive class action participation.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of laws provisions.
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated by email or through the platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
